Compassionate, Qualified Caregivers

Our Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are carefully selected and appropriately matched with clients and their families. Our caregiving professionals are highly qualified, thoroughly trained, and supervised by our Client Services Manager and our Skilled Nursing team.

Customized In-Home Care Plans

Prior to the start of care, each client receives a visit from our Client Services Manager who will spend time gathering all the relevant details from the client and the client’s loved ones, regarding the client’s needs and preferences. This, along with important clinical information forms the basis of the customized care plan for the client. Our aim is to support the client in their own home for as long as possible. To achieve this our caregivers will provide a range of services to support activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Clients With Specialized Needs

LightSpring Home Care serves clients from a range of backgrounds and with a variety of special needs and circumstances. Our caregivers are able to support clients following hospital or rehabilitation center stays, as well as clients requiring specialized care as they cope with specific conditions such as Alzheimer’s, memory loss, and other chronic conditions such as COPD, diabetes, stroke, arthritis, and Parkinson’s disease.

Partnering with Families and Communities

We recognize that quality care can only be achieved in partnership with the clients’ loved ones. This means that we make every effort to understand our clients’ unique situations including the opportunities and constraints that may influence how quality care can be provided. Our staffing team will arrange as many ‘meet and greets’ as is needed to achieve the right caregiver to client fit. Clients and their families will have access to and communicate with a care coordinator specifically assigned to their case.
