Our Caregivers
At LightSpring Home Care, providers of compassionate home care services in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, we know that trust is paramount in hiring an in-home caregiver for someone you love.
We work hard to earn and maintain that trust through our meticulous interview, screening, and training process. The end result is the most compassionate, dedicated, and skilled care experts who truly love what they do: making life the best it can be for our area’s seniors. All of our caregivers are experienced CNAs or HHAs who have successfully met the following requirements:
- Annual competency skills test
- Home health aide certification or CNA license updated every year
- TB screening
- Reference checks
- Criminal background checks
- Current driver’s license/state ID and confirmation of right to work in the United States
- Clean driving record
- In-person initial orientation and ongoing inservice training

We are licensed to accept private pay clients and Medicaid clients through PA community-based waiver programs including Community HealthChoices, OBRA, and Act 150. We are fully accredited in PA by the Joint Commission.
