If you require 24-hour continuous care, we’ll provide you with at least two caregivers for each 24-hour period. Each caregiver will work one 8 to 12-hour shift—no sleeping breaks are needed for these services. Additionally, 24-hour care is billed by the hour.
Live-In Care
Some conditions require continuous monitoring to ensure a person’s safety. To meet that need, LightSpring Home Care in Bergenfield, NJ offers live-in care services. When you receive live-in services, you’ll be assigned one caregiver for each 24-hour period. Each caregiver will provide a 16-hour shift with an 8-hour sleeping break.
Please note that live-in caregivers must have a dedicated sleeping area and access to hygiene facilities in your home. These services are billed at a flat daily rate.
